Zhengguang¡¯s Model WKM expanding gate valve features an expanding-type gate; a non-rising stem; and metal-to-metal seal technology. It provides safe, dependable service in applications from 2000 to 5000 psi, and is available in sizes between 2-1/16 inch and 5-1/8 inch, with either flange, threaded end connections. The Model WKM gate valve is suitable for all types of oilfield services, including sour gas.
Main features
1¡¢Metal-to-metal seal(gate-to-seat and seat-to-body).
2¡¢Expanding gate design creates a positive mechanical seal across the seats with or without line pressure.
3¡¢Full-bore, through-conduit gate-to-seat seal increases valve life by virtually eliminating turbulence and pressure drop.
4¡¢During the process of on-off,there is a small gap between gate and seat,which provides reduced operating torque.
5¡¢Seat¡¯s auxiliary sealing ring can prevent impurities into sealing surface.
6¡¢Stem packing can be re-energized with valve under pressure. |
